When you’re connected to public Wi-Fi, the app ensures your data is routed securely through the firewall, protecting you from hackers and malicious actors. Just make sure the app says you are 'Connected'. A good way to check if you are connected is to check if you are able to access the Firewall Dashboard. If you are unable to access the Dashboard it means you are not connected to the firewall. Go through the "How to connect my devices to my firewall when I am outside my house?"
-

Log In to Your Account: Use your registered account credentials to log in. Once logged in, select the 'Connect' switch and your app will connect securely to your home firewall. Automatic Secure Connection: The app will handle the connection automatically.
